What does success look like, anyway?

The FireFly Facilitation strategic planning process has four parts:

  • The road you are on is your mission. If the organization ceased to exist, what would the world lose?
  • The mountain in the distance is your vision for success. Three years into the future, how will you know if you have been successful in living up to your mission?
  • Mile markers are the key milestones. How will you measure your progress against the vision and course-correct if needed?
  • The guardrails are your guiding principles. How will your leadership team commit to work with each other to reach that mountain?

Yes, it's a great metaphor—but there's nothing metaphorical about the results you'll get. They are real, tangible and measurable. For each session, Kimberly works with you to:

  • Create an environment to get the best thinking from all team members.
  • Create clear session objectives.
  • Develop a detailed agenda to ensure you achieve the session objectives.
  • Analyze alternatives and reach decisions that have everyones commitment.
  • Develop concrete action plans in a way that ensures accountability.
